Important Points to Note

Cut-Off Time for Orders to be Processed on Same Day is 4 PM. Order placed after this time will be processed the next day.

Orders with delivery address to colleges & college hostels outside towns/cities Might take an additional day for delivery.

We use DTDC for shipping all our Orders. You can check if your pincode is covered by DTDC by clicking here. Should your pincode fall outside the service area, we shall send it through other courier operators. In this case delivery time might vary by a day.

OCTROI if applicable (currently only in certain cities of maharashtra as per our knowledge) will have to be borne by the customer. We are not aware of the OCTROI amount and this is not included in your billed amount. This might or might not be levied on your shipment, In such a case where it is levied, you are expected to pay the amount of OCTROI to the courier service while taking delivery of the product.

How do I place an Order and pay for it Offline?

Place an Order, proceed to the checkout screen as usual and choose the payment option as 'Offline' in the checkout screen and proceed. Your order will be confirmed and you will be sent an email with an order number. Use the order number as reference and do an Online Transfer(only!) for the total amount to our Bank account and send us an email with a screen shot(print screen) of the transaction confirmation. We shall dispatch your order as soon as the funds are credited in our account. 4 P.M is the cut-off time for everyday's order. Orders coming in after this will be processed the next working day. Normally, your order should reach you in 2-4 days.

Can I Deposit Cash into your account for processing an order?

We Strictly Do Not Accept Cash deposits and your transaction would become void. Kindly refrain from doing Cash Deposits. We shall no entertain such orders.

What do I do if receive a incorrect / defective / non-working part?

While we try to offer you the best service at all times, there might be times when you have received something which is defective or non-working. In case of such an event, send us an email with your order number and we will send you a replacement at the earliest.

How can I Place a volume order?

For Volume orders, send us an email with details on what items you require and we shall get back to you on how we can proceed further.

Your site does not seem secure. There seems to be no https, What can I do?

simply add 'https://' in front of the url you are opening and you would get into secure mode. Even if not our online payment is handled by EBS on their own server which is secure and We do not store your credit card / bank information.
