Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

Currently we do not process international orders.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through DTDC Courier and /or speed post only. We shall try our best to ship orders the same day as they are received. Orders are shipped the same day if received before 4 P.M and the next working day if received after 4 P.M. In the event where we are unable to ship and order before 4 P.M, the same shall be dispatched on the next working day.

Simple Labs is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Simple Labs is proud to use EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

The shipping charge is based on the total order weight and geographical location. Shipping charges are applied in slabs of Kgs. Following are the rates
